How to obtain

Mastery route: Fully master Ogre-sword Guillotine. Its mastery hook attempts to start learning this technique through the normal skill-learning system.

• [Active - Hold] Every 2 Seconds (1s with Mastery) charged up to 5 (10 with Mastery), increases value by 1 costing 200 AP each. For every 1 value, increase the size and range of the attack. When released, launches a piercing projectile with damage equal to x(1.5 + 0.5 * charged value) user’s damage.
