How to obtain

• [Active - Press] Requires a 5 second charge time, costing 500 AP. Creates a pillar of fire (particles) where the user is looking (in a 15 block range) that deals 50 fire damage every second for 5 (10 with Mastery) seconds costing 100 AP each.
