3 Modes. Costs 1000 MP to use. Needs to be directly under the sky. 10 second cooldown, 5 when mastered.

Active

  • [Active - Press] Clear Weather: Clears any weather and makes the sky clear.
  • [Active - Press] Rain: Sets the weather to Rain.
  • [Active - Press] Storm: Sets the weather to Thunderstorm.
