Modes

Mode	Effect	Mastered effect
Fluctuate	Gravity Fluctuation I and Nausea I for 10 seconds	Both effects become level II; duration stays 10 seconds
Hamper	Burden I for 10 seconds	Burden II for 10 seconds

Aim at a living target within 15 blocks, increasing to 20 blocks when mastered. The configured durations are 200 game ticks, or 10 seconds at normal tick speed.
