Effect


  • Creates an rain in a 15x15 radius that follows the user until let go and does 40 damage per second also applies Fatal Poison to those under it. Normally lasts for 10 seconds, but if held down for 10 more seconds, increases the time up to a maximum of 20 seconds while held.

  • Reduces cast time to 60 ticks
