Naming

!!! Evolution through naming a player can only be granted if: The target player is prior to their second to last evolution, and the target player does not require an awakening for their next evolution !!!
Default Key to Name is N (Rebindable)
When named, the 'owner' (who named you) will siphon souls for TDL awakening from the named player.

The Naming GUI

Naming requires the target to have HP lower than 25% of Max HP (configurable) or have the Fear effect (caused by the Namer). These are ignored in creative mode or if the target for naming is below 1% of the namer's EP.

Also ignored if the target is tamed by the player. Through normal Minecraft Taming or via Mind Control Skills. i.e. Charm

  • Subdue.png - [Subdue] (-) - Costs 0.5 × the target’s EP in your current Magicule.
    • – e.g. naming a 1 000 EP creature costs 500 Magicule.
    • – Boosts the target’s EP by +50 % (1 000 → 1 500 EP), tames/subordinates it, and heals it to full.
    • No chance to permanently drain your max Magicule.

  • Evolve.png - [Evolve] (=) - Costs 1.5 × the target’s EP in your current Magicule.
    • - e.g. naming a 1 000 EP creature costs 1 500 Magicule.
    • - +150 % EP (1 000 → 2 500 EP), tames/subordinates it, heals to full, and **evolves** if an evolution exists.
    • - 20% chance to permanently reduce your max Magicule by exactly the naming cost.

  • Endow.png - [Endow] (+) - Costs 9 × the target’s EP in your current Magicule.
    • - e.g. naming a 1 000 EP creature costs 9 000 Magicule.
    • - +900 % EP (1 000 → 10 000 EP), tames/subordinates it, heals to full, and evolves if possible.
    • - EP gain is capped by the config’s `maxEPGain` (default 1,000,000).
    • - 50% chance to permanently reduce your max Magicule by exactly the naming cost.

    • Endow works differently with Players, Each skill unlearnt has 50% to gain a certain amount of learning points [50% to get 25 - 25% to get 50 - 20% to get 75 - 5% to get 100]
    • Non-magicule based alignments (not Holy/Chaos/Majin) will also use aura for naming if there is not enough magicule.

To allow yourself to be nameable - Default keybind is Shift+N

Named By The Masses

Mass naming (also known as Self Naming) multiplies your current maximum EP by 1.5x, with the default maximum gain being 1 million EP

The name given will be your username, there is no way to choose it.

To be mass named you need to fulfill one of the following requirements:

  • To kill 1000 humans in one life. Humans are Villagers, Pillagers/Evokers/etc, Witches, and Otherworlders.
  • Or Complete 25 raids across any number of lives

You also need to allow naming with Shift + N (by default). If this is done after the requirements, killing something should cause it to update and activate the mass naming.

Integrated progression

TSR connects base Naming to Better Subordinates, guild and settlement progression, and the installed MineColonies bridge. Quest detection for subordinate milestones is not claimed until the relevant runtime events are verified.
