How to obtain
Mastery route: Fully master Maximum Magic Bullet. Its mastery hook attempts to start learning this technique through the normal skill-learning system.
This must be your own skill instance, not a borrowed sub-instance. Finish learning the new technique before treating it as mastered. It is not in the configured random Battlewill Manual pool.
Checked against Tensura 2.0.1.2 and the tracked 1.21.1 configuration. This is not a live-server acquisition test. Review the implementation evidence.

Usage
Active
- [Active - Hold] While held down, charges a meter that increases the size of a Magic Bullet above the player's head. The magic bullet increases in power every 2 seconds (1s with mastery), and each increase costs 100AP, with a maximum power level of 5 (10 with mastery). When released, sends small magic bullets toward the direction the user is looking at, with the amount depending on the power level (1 power level = 5). Each magic bullet deals 25 damage.
