Reincarnation/Reroll, To acquire it if you didn't start with it, you must have either Reshiram or Kyurem. Additionally, you need at least 100k EP, eat 10 Lightning Essences, and eat 10 Dragon Essences.

Usage

Passive

  • [Passive, Toggle] Teravolt:

Increases the damage of Lighting-based attacks by 2x. Stacks with Lightning Manipulation and Lightning Domination.


Active

  • [Active, Press] Bolt Strike:

On activation, the user summons a massive bolt of lightning at the targeted location, dealing 50 electricity and 50 physical damage to those unfortunate enough to be caught in its wake. Cooldown of 10 seconds, reducing to 5 on mastery.

  • [Active, Held] Fusion Bolt:

The user charges up lightning, letting it surround them as they charge towards their enemy. The user then hits their target with all the charged lightning. dealing both 30 Physical and 30 Electric Damage. This costs 500 Magicules.

If you have Unique Skill [Reshiram] in slot, it summons flames around your target as well as you hit them, dealing 40 Flame Damage, if this happens, the cost is increased to 700 Magicules.

20 second cooldown for this mode.

  • [Active, Held] Draconic Breath:

Costs 240 MP per second while this is held down. The user lets out a draconic breath of purple flames from their mouth, blasting your enemies with it. Grants enemies the Paralysis effect and deals 60 magic damage on contact. 10 Second CD

  • [Active, Press] Thunderbolt:

Costs 250 MP. The user summons lightning where they are looking, dealing 60 Electricity damage.
