Countering is caused by activating the ability "Counter" with Restricted.

Effects

  • Attack speed decrease by 100% (Disabled attack speed)
  • Movement speed decrease by 100% (Disabled movement speed)
  • When damaged, stops the effect and gives the Imbalanced effect to the attacker.
